Als Sales Operations Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, het commerciële team en verschillende interne diensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële processen efficiënt verlopen en draagt met jouw analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurige aanpak bij aan een optimale klantenservice en verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes met oog voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en commerciële impact.
  • Coördineren van aanbestedingen en complexe dossiers voor uiteenlopende klanten.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van key account-dossiers, inclusief analyses, rapporteringen en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Verwerken van commerciële afspraken, klantkortingen en prijsafspraken.
  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, volumes en marges en vertalen naar bruikbare rapporteringen en dashboards.
  • Actueel houden van klantgegevens, assortimenten en prijsinformatie.
  • Intensief samenwerken met afdelingen zoals Planning, Productie, Supply Chain, Kwaliteit en Finance.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen commerciële en interne processen.
  • Bijdragen aan de continuïteit van het Sales Operations-team en fungeren als back-up voor collega's.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector, Foodservice of retail is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en voelt je comfortabel bij het werken met cijfers en data.
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en houdt ervan processen te verbeteren.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen en oog heeft voor het bredere bedrijfsbelang.
