Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional comunicativo(a), organizado(a) e com perfil comercial para atuar no atendimento ao cliente da clínica.

✨ Principais atividades: • Realizar o primeiro atendimento via chat, identificando e direcionando corretamente a demanda do cliente; • Priorizar atendimentos telefônicos, iniciando o contato por voz e, quando necessário, finalizando via WhatsApp; • Agendar, remarcar e cancelar consultas e exames com atenção aos detalhes; • Realizar venda de exames e envio de orçamentos com clareza e agilidade; • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre atendimentos, profissionais e serviços da clínica; • Atender clientes recorrentes com atenção e prontidão, incluindo solicitações de receitas e retornos; • Lidar com reclamações de forma empática e profissional; • Garantir um atendimento cordial, ágil e alinhado ao padrão da clínica; • Seguir fluxos de atendimento e procedimentos internos da equipe; • Manter organização e registro adequado dos atendimentos realizados.

🧠 Perfil desejado: Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, empática, com excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, facilidade para lidar com público e boa capacidade de organização. É importante ter postura profissional, agilidade e habilidade para conduzir múltiplos atendimentos simultaneamente sem perder a qualidade no atendimento.

✨ Diferenciais: • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, recepção ou área comercial; • Vivência em clínicas médicas ou área da saúde; • Facilidade com vendas e metas.

🕒 Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira: 11h00 às 21h00
