Buscamos um(a) profissional da área de Relacionamento com o Cliente para assumir os principais desafios de:

  • Realizar atendimento telefônico a clientes externos e internos, acolhendo as demandas, efetuando a triagem inicial e garantindo o direcionamento adequado;
  • Qualificar novos clientes, identificando necessidades, perfil e potencial de atendimento, assegurando o correto encaminhamento para as áreas responsáveis;
  • Recepcionar clientes, parceiros e fornecedores, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora e profissional;
  • Alimentar sistemas, gerar relatórios e manter atualizados os controles da área;
  • Cumprir e zelar pelos procedimentos de Atendimento ao Cliente;
  • Contribuir para a organização dos ambientes do escritório;
  • Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas da área.
