Recruitment Specialist

📍 Location: Pashan, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong exposure to Non-IT recruitment and the ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring requirements across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining. Handle PAN India hiring across multiple locations. Manage bulk/volume hiring requirements. Work on technical and Non-IT positions across different levels. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports. Coordinate interviews with operations teams and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain relationships with vendors, training partners, and community networks Occasionally travel to sites for drives, mobilization, and bulk hiring activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience. Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory. Hands-on experience in PAN India, bulk, and technical hiring. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Well-versed with MS Excel and recruitment MIS. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
