Procuramos por um Fisioterapeuta do Esporte que queira se desenvolver com o esporte de alto rendimento.

A principal missão será responsabilizar-se pela assistência fisioterapêutica preventiva e curativa de atletas, avaliando e prescrevendo as atividades e tratamentos necessários, bem como ações de promoção de saúde.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Priorizar a prevenção de lesões junto à prática esportiva, com estímulos de proteção, cuidados e promoção de equilíbrios físicos e complementares ao treinamento e/ou à atividade física;
  • Orientar trabalhos específicos para os atletas que já apresentam sequelas osteomusculares;
  • Avaliar, prescrever e executar prontamente o tratamento para a recuperação das lesões esportivas, ortopédicas e traumatológicas de atletas;
  • Acompanhar e orientar o atleta no seu retorno à prática do esporte, observando as suas respostas e adaptações físicas, de forma a garantir sua completa recuperação;
  • Documentar a avaliação fisioterapêutica, incluindo queixa, histórico, exame e tratamento proposto, para a dinamização dos procedimentos de controle, acompanhamento, evolução e alta;
  • Registrar a frequência e número de sessões, relacionando todas as informações necessárias, a fim de controlar a organização do tratamento e a necessidade de possíveis alterações;
  • Acompanhar os jogos e viagens dos atletas, conforme entendimentos com a chefia, executando trabalhos preventivos e de reabilitação e o atendimento emergencial que se fizerem necessários;
  • Realizar o planejamento das atividades fisioterapêuticas em consonância com o planejamento da modalidade esportiva, atendendo às diretrizes repassadas pela Gerência;
  • Interagir com os técnicos e equipe multidisciplinar, visando a constante troca de informações entre os profissionais;
  • Contribuir na realização e orientação de eventos promovidos aos atletas, sempre que solicitado;
  • Executar suas atividades conforme as orientações e prioridades determinadas por seu superior, em conformidade com os procedimentos de sua área, e em acordo com as normas de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade da Empresa;
  • Identificar e informar ao superior imediato, todas as irregularidades encontradas, não somente em sua área de trabalho, a fim de que sejam feitas as intervenções para as devidas correções;
  • Atender de forma educada e cortês aos atletas e profissionais do esporte, transmitindo-lhes informações e orientações, sempre que solicitado, de forma a auxiliá-los e difundir entre eles uma boa imagem dos funcionários;
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas que lhe forem atribuídas pela chefia imediata.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Ensino Superior em Fisioterapia completo;
  • Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe;
  • Experiência na função de Fisioterapeuta com Esporte e atletas de alto rendimento;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens se necessário;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Atendimento emergencial – Pronto Atendimento.
