The posting

Estamos en búsqueda de Fisioterapeutas a MEDIO TURNO que pueda evaluar, diseñar y aplicar tratamientos de rehabilitación física a pacientes con lesiones, enfermedades o discapacidades, con el fin de mejorar su función física, reducir el dolor y aumentar su calidad de vida.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Realizar evaluaciones fisioterapéuticas completas a los pacientes y establecer planes de tratamiento individualizados.
  • Desarrollar programas de ejercicio, así como proporcionar terapia manual y otros tratamientos para ayudar a los pacientes a alcanzar objetivos específicos.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de la evolución del paciente y ajustar el plan de tratamiento como sea necesario.
  • Establecer y mantener registros precisos y actualizados sobre el progreso del paciente y proporcionar informes al equipo médico tratante.
  • Educar a los pacientes y sus familias sobre su condición y las estrategias para promover la recuperación.

Habilidades indispensables:

  • Licenciatura en fisioterapia con título y cedula profesional.
  • Radicar actualmente en zona metropolitana de Monterrey, Nuevo León.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la evaluación y tratamiento de pacientes con una amplia gama de lesiones y enfermedades.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de anatomía y fisiología.
  • Conocimientos en el uso de herramientas y tecnologías para la rehabilitación física.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Habilidad para desarrollar planes de tratamiento individualizados y adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes de los pacientes.
  • Aptitud para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y manejar múltiples tareas y responsabilidades simultáneamente.

Horario (Fijo a elegir):

  • MATUTINO: Lunes a Sábado - 8:00am a 2:00pm
  • VESPERTINO: Lunes a Sábado - 2:00pm a 8:00pm

Ofrecemos:

  • Salario base $12,000 libres mensuales
