Departamento: Equipe Multidisciplinar MSL

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Fisioterapia;
  • Experiência hospitalar em unidade de internação, com vivência no atendimento a gestantes, puérperas e pacientes submetidas a procedimentos cirúrgicos
  • Diferencial o conhecimento em fisioterapia obstétrica e em assistência fisioterapêutica no intra e pós parto incluindo avaliação funcional, prevenção de complicações e mobilização precoce, conforme indicação clínica.
  • Registro no conselho ativo em SC;
  • Informática intermediária;
  • Pacote Office básico;
  • Sistema TASY.

Missão do Cargo:

Prestar atendimento fisioterapêutico na promoção da saúde, prevenção e reabilitação de doenças, através de um atendimento humanizado

Principais Atividades:

1. Realizar avaliação fisioterapêutica, identificação de necessidades e definição de condutas individualizadas.

2. Prestar assistência fisioterapêutica a gestantes e puérperas internadas, conforme indicação clínica e protocolos institucionais.

3. Atuar na orientação e no manejo de alterações musculoesqueléticas, respiratórias e funcionais relacionadas ao período gestacional e puerperal.

4. Realizar atendimentos a pacientes em pós-operatório de cirurgias ginecológicas e plásticas, considerando as particularidades de cada procedimento.

5. Promover mobilização precoce, recuperação funcional e prevenção de complicações decorrentes da imobilidade, respeitando as contraindicações e as condições clínicas.

6. Orientar pacientes quanto à mobilidade, ao posicionamento, aos exercícios e aos cuidados pertinentes à recuperação e à alta hospitalar.

7. Ministrar aulas no Curso de Gestantes, abordando conteúdos relacionados à preparação para o parto, às mudanças corporais na gestação, à respiração, à mobilidade, ao trabalho de parto, ao puerpério e aos cuidados pertinentes à atuação da fisioterapia, conforme o planejamento institucional.

8. Planejar e ministrar treinamentos e capacitações para a equipe assistencial, contribuindo para a atualização técnica, a padronização das práticas e a qualificação do cuidado.

9. Identificar sinais de alerta e comunicar oportunamente alterações clínicas à equipe responsável.

10. Registrar avaliações, evoluções e condutas no prontuário, garantindo a continuidade do cuidado.

11. Participar das discussões multiprofissionais, auditorias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos assistenciais.

12. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de protocolos, fluxos assistenciais, materiais educativos e ações de educação permanente relacionadas à fisioterapia na Unidade de Internação.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
