Bei cluetec bewegen wir uns – und zwar immer – nach vorne. Mit unserer Software für digitales Audit- und Checklistenmanagement machen wir Unternehmensprozesse effizienter und transparenter. Damit unsere Systeme genauso zuverlässig und leistungsfähig sind wie unsere Vision, suchen wir dich: einen System Administrator, der unsere IT-Infrastruktur stabil hält, weiterdenkt und aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Kernaufgaben

  • Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Cloud-Umgebungen, Arbeitsplätze)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und performanten Systembetriebs
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
  • Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und schnelle Behebung von Störungen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und IT-Ressourcen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Backups, Updates, Policies)
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen
  • Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen

Ein konkreter Impact: Du arbeitest an der Basis unseres Erfolgs – einer stabilen, sicheren und modernen IT-Landschaft.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure, AWS) sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit und Best Practices
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine serviceorientierte Einstellung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
