Ihre Aufgaben

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit zur Unterstützung unseres technischen Teams an unserem Hauptstandort Trier. Bei uns arbeiten Sie mit modernster IT-Ausstattung und aktuellen Technologien – wir gehen mit der Zeit und entwickeln unsere Systeme stetig weiter. Sie möchten Ihre technischen Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln und haben Spaß daran, im Tagesgeschäft und in Projekten mitzuwirken? Ihre Aufgaben als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d):

  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der IT-Abteilungsleitung
  • System-, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung (Azure Virtual Desktop, Exchange Online, Office 365)
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme sowie Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
  • Help-Desk, First-Level-Support und Fehlerbeseitigung bei Hard- und Softwarestörungen
  • Auswahl, Einrichtung und Dokumentation von Hard- und Software unter Windows 11 (Multi-Session)
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Pflege unserer WordPress-Website und Betreuung der Cloud-PBX-Telefonanlage inkl. VoIP-Endgeräte
  • Mobile Device Management (iOS) mit Microsoft Intune
  • Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Rechnungs- und Vertragsverwaltung

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder haben Berufserfahrung als Quereinsteiger in einer vergleichbaren beruflichen Position mit ähnlicher Qualifikation
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen (Desktop, Server), Office 365, SharePoint Online und Windows AD
  • Sie wissen mit Terminal-Servern (Microsoft Remote Desktop) umzugehen
  • Fähigkeiten mit C# zu programmieren sowie Grundlagen in Python und Java sind wünschenswert
  • Sie können neue IT-Anwendungen in Wort und Schrift zielgruppengerecht darstellen und weitergeben und verfügen somit über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Am Puls der Zeit zu sein, um neue Trends und Technologien wie z.B. Themen rund um KI mit zu verfolgen entspricht Ihrem Naturell
