Wir suchen DICH! Hast Du Lust, Verantwortung für das IT-System eines stetig wachsenden e-Commerce Unternehmens mit über 50 Mitarbeitenden zu übernehmen und Dich mit Deinem Wissen in unser Unternehmen einzubringen? Benutzersupport & Helpdesk

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen unseres Ticketsystems sowie deren Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation
  • Du löst Hard- und Softwareprobleme in erster Hand und unterstützt unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen beim Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Du übernimmst das Active Directory (Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung), inklusive Passwortmanagement und Arbeitsplatzbetreuung

Systemadministration & Infrastruktur

  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest unsere Clientsysteme (Windows) sowie Standardsoftware
  • Du verantwortest das Patchmanagement, die Update-Rollouts und die Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (inkl. Drucker, WLAN, Switches)
  • Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Überwachung und das Monitoring von IT-Systemen und Diensten

Server-, Netzwerk- & Security-Management

  • Die Planung, Administration und Virtualisierung von Server- und Netzwerksystemen (z.B. Hyper-V) liegt bei Dir
  • Du stellst die Verwaltung und Optimierung von Backup- und Storagelösungen sowie Firewall-, VPN- und Security-Komponenten sicher

Projekt- und Prozessverantwortung

  • Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung bei IT-Projekten (z. B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Infrastrukturaufbau)
  • Du kommunizierst IT-Richtlinien, Betriebskonzepte und Best Practices innerhalb des Unternehmens (Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation)

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker oder in der Systemintegration sowie über fundierte IT-Fachkenntnisse, besonders in aktuellen Technologien
  • Du hast die Bereitschaft unseren IT-Support (1st to 3rd Level) vollumfänglich zu verantworten
  • Du bewegst Dich sicher in den verschiedenen Bereichen der Systemadministration (Hardware-/Softwareverwaltung, Client- und Servermanagement sowie Netzwerk- & Security)
  • Du hast Spaß daran hauptverantwortlich an der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mitzuwirken
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System (z.B. Sage 100) gesammelt
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, bist dynamisch, flexibel und lösungsorientiert und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
