En Clusterciar nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Seguridad Informática para incorporarse al equipo de Tecnologías de la Información.

Buscamos una persona con autonomía, capacidad analítica y orientación a la ejecución, que contribuya al fortalecimiento de la seguridad de nuestros entornos tecnológicos y acompañe el crecimiento de las empresas del grupo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la seguridad de los sistemas y plataformas cloud y on-premise de las organizaciones del grupo.
  • Administrar la seguridad perimetral, VPN, identidades y accesos.
  • Analizar eventos y alertas, y participar en la respuesta ante incidentes de ciberseguridad.
  • Identificar vulnerabilidades, establecer prioridades y realizar el seguimiento de su remediación.
  • Colaborar en la implementación y gestión de herramientas de monitoreo centralizado de seguridad (SIEM).
  • Participar en la gestión y actualización de los planes de continuidad del negocio y recuperación ante desastres (BCP/DRP).
  • Relevar y mantener actualizado el inventario de activos tecnológicos, considerando su criticidad y nivel de exposición.
  • Elaborar y mantener procedimientos y guías operativas de seguridad.
  • Asistir en auditorías internas y requerimientos de seguridad de clientes.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar acciones de concientización sobre seguridad informática.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de cumplimiento normativo y gobernanza de inteligencia artificial desde la perspectiva de seguridad.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Lugar de trabajo: Neuquén Capital
  • Jornada: lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
  • Contratación: relación de dependencia.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica o universitaria en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines, finalizada o en etapa avanzada.
  • Experiencia de entre 2 y 3 años en áreas de seguridad informática.
  • Experiencia en el análisis y la resolución documentada de incidentes de ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de infraestructura IT: redes, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones.
  • Manejo de seguridad perimetral: firewalls, VPN y segmentación de redes.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de identidades y accesos: IAM, Active Directory y/o Azure AD.
  • Experiencia en análisis y respuesta ante incidentes y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Inglés técnico para la lectura de documentación y estándares.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Neuquén Capital.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en entornos híbridos: cloud y on-premise.
  • Manejo de herramientas SIEM, como Splunk, Wazuh, Sentinel o similares.
  • Conocimientos de OWASP Top 10 y análisis de riesgos en aplicaciones.
  • Conocimiento de normas y estándares como ISO 27001, NIST o equivalentes.
  • Familiaridad con entornos GCP, AWS o Azure.
  • Conocimiento de frameworks de continuidad del negocio y recuperación ante desastres (BCP/DRP).
