En Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Asistente de Control Documental para sumarse a nuestro equipo del área de Abastecimiento y Logística. El objetivo principal de la posición es garantizar la aptitud legal, documental y operativa de toda nuestra flota, minimizando riesgos de sanciones y asegurando el 100% de la habilitación de los vehículos para operar en yacimientos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión Documental: Administrar y mantener actualizados de manera proactiva los legajos de todas las unidades de la flota (procesos de alta y baja).
  • Control de Vencimientos: Monitorear y gestionar de forma anticipada los vencimientos de pólizas de seguro, certificados de tacógrafos, Revisiones Técnicas Obligatorias (RTO/VTV) y demás documentación obligatoria.
  • Aseguramiento del Acceso: Garantizar que el 100% de los vehículos se encuentren plenamente habilitados y aptos para ingresar a los respectivos yacimientos de la región y el país.
  • Mitigación de Riesgos: Minimizar riesgos de sanciones o inhabilitaciones operativas mediante un control documental estricto y el cumplimiento de las normativas legales vigentes.
  • Ubicación: Neuquen Capital
  • Diagrama: Lunes a viernes
  • Convenio: SPJ 637/11
  • Modalidad de contratación: Por tiempo indeterminado

Requisitos

  • Residencia: Neuquén Capital, Plottier o Centenario (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa en puestos similares de control documental, preferentemente en el sector de logística, transporte o servicios para la industria de Oil & Gas.
  • Habilidades: Organización integral, orientación al detalle y capacidad para el seguimiento proactivo de procesos y alertas de vencimiento.
