Desde Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Inspector de Mecánica & Piping para incorporarse a un importante proyecto de Oil & Gas.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en precomisionado, comisionado y puesta en marcha de instalaciones industriales, orientados al control técnico y aseguramiento de la calidad durante las distintas etapas del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Revisar documentación técnica: P&ID, listas de materiales, procedimientos de prueba, certificados de calibración, FAT y documentación asociada.
  • Ejecutar análisis de brechas (Gap Analysis) y elaborar checklists por sistema para actividades de precomisionado y comisionado.
  • Planificar y coordinar recursos para inspecciones de QA/QC, Precomisionado y Comisionado.
  • Brindar asistencia técnica en las disciplinas de Mecánica y Piping.
  • Auditar registros de calidad de montaje de equipos rotantes y estáticos, piping y estructuras en conjunto con el área de QA/QC.
  • Presenciar y verificar pruebas críticas, tales como pruebas hidráulicas, alineación de equipos, megado de cables, pruebas funcionales de motores, bombas y válvulas.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de no conformidades y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y de calidad del proyecto.
  • Esquema de trabajo 14x7.
  • Jornada laboral de 08:00 a 17:00 hs.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable como Inspector de Mecánica & Piping en etapas de Precomisionado, Comisionado y Puesta en Marcha.
  • Conocimientos en interpretación de P&ID, documentación técnica, procedimientos de prueba y control de calidad.
  • Experiencia en inspección de equipos rotantes, equipos estáticos, piping y estructuras.
  • Conocimientos en pruebas hidráulicas, pruebas funcionales, LOTO y procesos de liberación de sistemas (valorado).
  • Residencia en la provincia de Río Negro (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en proyectos de Oil & Gas.
