En Ciar, estamos a la vanguardia de la transformación digital en el mercado de Oil & Gas. Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Cooordinador BIM apasionado/a y con experiencia, que será clave en la relación con nuestros clientes estratégicos del sector .

Este rol es una oportunidad única para liderar el ciclo completo de nuestros servicios de consultoría: desde el diagnóstico inicial y la definición del alcance, pasando por la elaboración de propuestas de valor, hasta la ejecución y entrega de soluciones BIM a medida que generan un impacto real en los proyectos de nuestros clientes con el fin último de trabajar con gemelos digitales para operar, mantener y simular.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Consultoría y Relevamiento: Liderar reuniones de diagnóstico con clientes para comprender sus procesos actuales, identificar sus necesidades y definir los objetivos de la implementación BIM.
  • Desarrollo de Propuestas: Traducir los requerimientos del cliente en un alcance de trabajo claro y detallado. Elaborar y presentar propuestas técnico-económicas competitivas y persuasivas.
  • Implementación y Ejecución: Desarrollar, documentar e implementar Planes de Ejecución BIM (BEP/PEB) según las normativas internacionales (ISO 19650) y los requerimientos específicos del cliente. Definir y estandarizar flujos de trabajo, usos BIM, niveles de información (LOIN, antiguamente LOD) y protocolos de intercambio de información. Crear plantillas de proyecto, familias y contenido específico necesario para la operativa del cliente Integración Metodológica: Investigar y proponer la integración de la metodología BIM con marcos de trabajo de gestión de proyectos como AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) para optimizar la planificación y ejecución en obra.
  • Capacitación y Soporte: Formar a los equipos del cliente en las nuevas metodologías y estándares implementados, brindando soporte durante la fase de adopción.
  • Gestión de Proyectos: Gestionar el cronograma y los entregables de los proyectos de consultoría a su cargo, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del servicio.
  • Mejora Continua: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias, tecnologías y normativas del ecosistema BIM para aportar innovación a nuestros servicios.

Requisitos

Excluyentes:

  • Profesional graduado/a de las carreras de Ingeniería (preferente) o Arquitectura,
  • Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia comprobable en roles de implementación BIM (BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, Consultor BIM o similar).
  • Experiencia sólida y demostrable en la creación, redacción e implementación de Planes de Ejecución BIM (BEP).
  • Conocimiento profundo de la normativa ISO 19650 y su aplicación práctica.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de plataformas BIM como AutoCad Plant, Sdx, Navisworks, etc. Se valorará conocimiento en plataformas de gestión documental en la nube (Autodesk Construction Cloud, .).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, con capacidad para presentar ideas complejas de forma clara y efectiva.
  • Residencia en Buenos Aires (CABA o GBA).

Deseables:

  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de la industria Oil & Gas, energía o plantas industriales.
  • Experiencia en la elaboración de ofertas comerciales o presupuestos para servicios de ingeniería/consultoría.
  • Habilidades de docencia o capacitación de equipos.
  • Perfil proactivo, autónomo y con una fuerte orientación a la resolución de problemas y al cliente.
