En Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a de Unidad de servicio O&M para incorporarse a nuestro equipo

Buscamos una persona con visión integral del negocio, capacidad de liderazgo y orientación a resultados, que pueda gestionar la ejecución de contratos, desarrollar equipos y construir relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes.

Tendrá a cargo la planificación, dirección y control integral de los contratos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos y operativos, la satisfacción del cliente, la seguridad y la excelencia en la gestión de los equipos.

Principales responsabilidades:

🔹 Gestionar integralmente los contratos y mantener una relación cercana y fluida con el cliente.

🔹 Supervisar el cumplimiento del alcance contractual y atender los requerimientos operativos.

🔹 Controlar certificaciones, tarifas, pedidos de compra, fojas de medición y rentabilidad.

🔹 Participar en licitaciones, ampliaciones y oportunidades de desarrollo comercial.

🔹 Planificar y coordinar recursos humanos y materiales necesarios para la operación.

🔹 Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y acompañar su desarrollo.

🔹 Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente (CSMS).

🔹 Analizar KPIs operativos y económicos y proponer acciones de mejora.

🔹 Coordinar con las distintas áreas de soporte para asegurar una gestión eficiente y oportuna.

Buscamos una persona proactiva, resolutiva y orientada a resultados, con capacidad para anticiparse a desvíos y generar mejoras.

Modalidad de contratación:

  • Jornada de lunes a viernes
  • Tiempo Indeterminado
  • Convenio: SPJ 637/11

Requisitos

  • Residencia en Neuquén o alrededores
  • Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Petróleo o carreras afines (también consideraremos Tecnicaturas Universitarias o perfiles técnicos con sólida experiencia operativa y de gestión)

Valoramos especialmente experiencia en:

✔️ Gestión de contratos y operaciones dentro de la industria Oil & Gas.

✔️ Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.

✔️ Gestión económica y seguimiento de indicadores.

✔️ Relación y negociación con clientes y proveedores.

✔️ Planificación y administración de recursos.
