Desde Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a QA/QC para incorporarse a un importante proyecto de la industria Oil & Gas.

Buscamos profesionales con sólida experiencia en gestión de calidad de materiales para operaciones de hidrocarburos, orientados a la coordinación de equipos, seguimiento de procesos y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Coordinar las actividades de QA/QC en oficinas, campo e instalaciones de proveedores.
  • Supervisar el control de calidad de materiales utilizados en operaciones de Oil & Gas (arena para fractura, baritina, gasoil y aditivos de perforación).
  • Asegurar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad conforme a normas ISO.
  • Gestionar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y realizar el seguimiento de resultados.
  • Coordinar auditorías, inspecciones y controles de calidad en proveedores.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos y realizar el seguimiento de desvíos y acciones correctivas.
  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con las distintas áreas involucradas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del proyecto.

Requisitos

  • Profesional graduado/a de Ingeniería o Geología.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en empresas dedicadas al control de calidad de materiales para la industria de Oil & Gas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en control de calidad de arena para fractura, baritina, gasoil y aditivos de perforación.
  • Conocimientos en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y normas ISO.
  • Experiencia en gestión por procesos, indicadores (KPIs) y mejora continua.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar actividades en oficinas, campo e instalaciones de proveedores.
