En Trace Group nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Referente Senior CSMS para unirse a nuestro equipo en Neuquén

El objetivo del puesto es garantizar la implementación, seguimiento y mejora continua del sistema de gestión de seguridad vial de la empresa. El profesional será el referente técnico en la prevención de incidentes de tránsito, promoviendo una cultura de manejo defensivo y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y los requisitos de los clientes.

Responsabilidades y Funciones Principales:

● Investigación y Análisis: Participar activamente y liderar las investigaciones de incidentes viales vehiculares, aplicando metodologías de análisis de causa raíz (como ICAM o RCA) para determinar planes de acción efectivos.

● Monitoreo y Telemetría: Realizar el seguimiento diario de la conducta vehicular a través de plataformas de telemetría (IVMS). Analizar desvíos (excesos de velocidad, aceleraciones bruscas, fatiga) y generar informes gerenciales periódicos con KPIs de desempeño. ● Liderazgo de Iniciativas: Diseñar, proponer y liderar campañas de concientización y programas de seguridad vial para todo el personal autorizado a conducir.

● Gestión de Capacitaciones: Coordinar y verificar el dictado de cursos de manejo defensivo. Auditar a las empresas proveedoras de estas capacitaciones para asegurar que cumplen con los estándares de calidad y CSMS (alineado a ISO 9001/45001).

● Gestión de Flota e Inspecciones: Colaborar en la auditoría del estado general de la flota de la empresa (checklist de vehículos ligeros y pesados) y coordinar planes de acción frente a anomalías detectadas.

● Intervención en Campo: Realizar observaciones preventivas de manejo (OPM) y brindar feedback directo a los conductores para corregir conductas inseguras en tiempo real.

● Representación Técnica: Actuar como nexo técnico ante inspecciones, auditorías de clientes (ej. operadoras o contratistas principales) y requerimientos legales aplicables a la seguridad vial (ej. Ley Nacional de Tránsito y normativas provinciales).

Requisitos

Formación Académica: Técnico o Licenciado en Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (Excluyente contar con matrícula habilitante).

Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 años en posiciones similares de HSE, con fuerte enfoque en gestión de flotas, telemetría y seguridad vial.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

* Manejo de metodologías de investigación de incidentes (ICAM/Árbol de Causas).

* Análisis de datos y plataformas de telemetría GPS.

* Sólido conocimiento en legislación de tránsito y normas ISO (39001, 45001).

* Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel para la creación de tableros de control y reportes gerenciales.
