Desde Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Medio Ambiente para desempeñarse en operaciones de campo en la zona de Rincón de los Sauces.

La posición tendrá como objetivo supervisar y auditar en terreno el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental vigente y de los estándares internos de la compañía, con presencia activa en frentes de obra, pozos y plantas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Inspeccionar frentes de perforación, completación y producción no convencional.
  • Controlar el manejo de suelos, agua, emisiones y aspectos ambientales de la operación.
  • Supervisar la segregación, el almacenamiento y el transporte de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
  • Verificar la trazabilidad de residuos mediante manifiestos provinciales.
  • Coordinar campañas de monitoreo y muestreo de agua, suelo e indicadores ambientales.
  • Auditar el desempeño ambiental de empresas contratistas.
  • Liderar la respuesta ante derrames y contingencias ambientales, asegurando la contención, remediación y gestión del cierre correspondiente.
  • Dictar charlas de inicio de turno e inducciones ambientales al personal propio y contratista.
  • Elaborar reportes y registros de seguimiento ambiental.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Lugar de trabajo: Bajo del Choique – Rincón de los Sauces, Neuquén.
  • Contratación bajo CCT 637/11 Petroleros Jerárquicos
  • Diagrama: 14 x 14
  • Jornada: 08:00 a 20:00 horas.
  • Contrato inicial a plazo fijo por 1 mes, con posibilidad de extensión por 6 meses.
  • Transporte provisto desde Neuquén Capital hacia Rincón de los Sauces y traslado diario entre el alojamiento y el yacimiento.
  • Pernocte en Rincón de los Sauces durante el el diagrama

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria completa en Ingeniería Ambiental, Licenciatura en Ciencias Ambientales, Geología o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en supervisión ambiental de campo dentro de la industria de Oil & Gas.
  • Conocimiento de la legislación ambiental vigente en la provincia del Neuquén.
  • Manejo de normas internacionales de gestión, especialmente ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de remediación de suelos en la región patagónica.
  • Experiencia en gestión de residuos, control de contratistas y respuesta ante contingencias ambientales.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para manejar.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo diagrama.
