Desde Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a SAS (Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud) de Fractura para incorporarse a un importante proyecto de la industria Oil & Gas.

La posición tendrá como objetivo supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud durante operaciones de fractura, acompañando las actividades en campo y trabajando de manera coordinada con los equipos operativos y empresas contratistas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar las condiciones de Seguridad, Higiene y Ambiente durante las operaciones de fractura.
  • Realizar recorridas e inspecciones en campo, verificando el cumplimiento de procedimientos y estándares SAS.
  • Identificar actos y condiciones inseguras, gestionar desvíos y realizar seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
  • Supervisar tareas críticas asociadas a las operaciones de fractura y verificar la implementación de las medidas preventivas correspondientes.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de permisos de trabajo, ATS/AST y evaluaciones de riesgos.
  • Verificar el correcto uso de EPP y elementos de seguridad.
  • Participar en reuniones preoperativas, charlas de seguridad y coordinación de actividades.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares SAS por parte de contratistas y empresas de servicios involucradas en la operación.
  • Participar en la investigación y análisis de incidentes, accidentes y desvíos.
  • Elaborar informes, registros e indicadores de gestión de Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud.
  • Acompañar las distintas etapas de las operaciones de fractura, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y de seguridad activa en campo.
  • Coordinar con Operaciones y las distintas compañías de servicio para asegurar una ejecución segura de las actividades.

Requisitos

  • Formación como Técnico/a o Licenciado/a en Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo, o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de Seguridad e Higiene / SAS dentro de la industria Oil & Gas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en operaciones de fractura.
  • Experiencia trabajando en campo y en supervisión de tareas de alto riesgo.
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos de seguridad, permisos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos y controles asociados a operaciones de fractura.
  • Experiencia en gestión de desvíos, inspecciones de campo e investigación de incidentes.
  • Capacidad para interactuar y coordinar actividades con Operaciones, contratistas y compañías de servicios.
  • Manejo de documentación e indicadores de gestión SAS.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo régimen 14x14.
