Desde Trace Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a SAS (Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud) para incorporarse a un importante proyecto de la industria Oil & Gas, con lugar de trabajo en Añelo, Neuquén.

La posición está orientada a la cobertura de vacaciones en operaciones de perforación y fractura, bajo un régimen de trabajo de 14x14.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, normas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Ambiente y Salud durante las operaciones de perforación y fractura.
  • Identificar peligros, evaluar riesgos operativos y verificar la implementación de medidas preventivas y correctivas en campo.
  • Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de seguridad en equipos, instalaciones y áreas operativas.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de permisos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos y procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
  • Investigar incidentes, accidentes y condiciones inseguras, realizando el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar y brindar charlas de seguridad, capacitaciones y actividades de concientización al personal.
  • Trabajar de manera conjunta con los equipos de Operaciones, supervisores de perforación y fractura y empresas contratistas.
  • Elaborar informes de gestión, reportes de incidentes, indicadores HSE y registros de las actividades realizadas.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, normativas vigentes y estándares de seguridad establecidos por el cliente.

Requisitos

​​​​​​ Formación como Técnico/a o Licenciado/a en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo, o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia comprobable como Supervisor/a SAS, HSE o Seguridad e Higiene en operaciones de perforación y/o fractura dentro de la industria Oil & Gas.
  • Conocimiento de los riesgos específicos asociados a las operaciones de perforación y fractura.
  • Experiencia en inspecciones de seguridad, análisis de riesgos, permisos de trabajo e investigación de incidentes.
  • Conocimiento de legislación vigente en Seguridad e Higiene, procedimientos HSE y estándares de la industria petrolera.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos de trabajo y gestionar acciones preventivas y correctivas en campo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo régimen 14x14 en Añelo, Neuquén.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en yacimientos de Vaca Muerta y matrícula profesional habilitante en Neuquén.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Lugar de trabajo: Añelo, Neuquén.
  • Régimen: 14x14.
  • Tipo de contratación: Plazo fijo de 3 meses, con posibilidad de renovación.
  • Convenio colectivo aplicable: CCT 637/11.
  • Motivo de contratación: Cobertura de vacaciones.
