Per conto di una realtà specializzata in servizi digitali e trasformazione tecnologica, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo come Adoption & Change Management Consultant da inserire all'interno del team di consulenza.

La persona rappresenterà il principale punto di riferimento verso i clienti, guidando i percorsi di Change Management e Tech Adoption. Il ruolo è focalizzato sulla progettazione ed erogazione di soluzioni innovative che mettano le persone al centro della trasformazione digitale, garantendo al contempo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto, il controllo della redditività e la crescita della relazione commerciale.

Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Definire una vision di progetto chiara e allineata agli obiettivi del cliente, creando soluzioni misurabili e stabilendo i KPI di successo.
  • Progettare e facilitare attività di Change Management e Adoption, come workshop, percorsi formativi e iniziative di engagement organizzativo.
  • Gestire le relazioni con i clienti e identificare opportunità di upselling, rinnovo o ampliamento dei progetti in sinergia con il team Sales & Marketing.
  • Coordinare gli stakeholder, gestire i budget di progetto e supervisionare la qualità dei deliverable finali, organizzando i SAL e adattando la comunicazione alla cultura del cliente.
  • Pianificare le attività, monitorare i tempi di delivery, i costi e la produttività, collaborando con il team Amministrazione e Finanza per il controllo dei margini (EBITDA).
  • Collaborare con i team interni (Prodotto, Data, Creative, Marketing e Sales) per garantire un approccio coordinato ed efficace sullo sviluppo dei progetti.

Requisiti

  • 2–3 anni di esperienza in contesti di consulenza o ruoli analoghi, con focus su progetti di Change Management o Tech Adoption.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'ecosistema Microsoft 365 e di Microsoft Copilot.
  • Solide competenze di project management: gestione di tempi, costi, budget e relazioni con stakeholder complessi.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e spiccate doti di comunicazione, ascolto e facilitazione dei processi.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità e capacità di gestire situazioni ad alta pressione mantenendo il focus sugli obiettivi.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).
  • Laurea in ambito umanistico, economico, organizzativo o informatico, oppure un percorso professionale equivalente.

Sede di lavoro: Milano, con ampia flessibilità.  RAL a partire da 40.000 €, da definire in base all'esperienza e alla seniority.
