Per il Dipartimento Industrializzazione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Industrialization Project Manager che, riportando direttamente all'Industrialization Manager, avrà la responsabilità di guidare i processi di industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di costo, qualità e tempistiche e collaborando con i diversi stakeholder coinvolti nel ciclo di sviluppo prodotto.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione dei nuovi progetti di sviluppo prodotto dalla fase di rilascio della documentazione di stile fino alla Release a Produrre.
  • Definizione degli obiettivi di costo, qualità e tempistiche definiti per ciascun progetto.
  • Coordinamento delle attività di industrializzazione lungo l'intero ciclo di sviluppo del prodotto.
  • Interfaccia con i team Ricerca e Sviluppo e Marketing per la definizione delle specifiche di prodotto e la verifica della relativa producibilità.
  • Collaborazione con il team Acquisti per la definizione e la validazione dei costi di prodotto, inclusa la gestione della scheda costo.
  • Collaborazione con la produzione interna ed esterna al fine di garantire una corretta industrializzazione del prodotto.
  • Redazione e rilascio della documentazione tecnica necessaria alla produzione, comprensiva di distinte base, cicli di lavoro, tempi, specifiche tecniche e documentazione correlata.
  • Coordinamento delle attività legate alle preserie tecniche e industriali.
  • Supervisione dello sviluppo e della validazione dei prototipi, con identificazione e risoluzione delle eventuali criticità tecniche e produttive.
  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento progettuale e garanzia del rispetto delle milestone definite, favorendo l'allineamento tra tutte le funzioni coinvolte

Formazione ed Esperienza:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali e manifatturieri
  • Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di progetti di industrializzazione prodotto
  • Provenienza da aziende strutturate e internazionali considerata un plus
  • Sensibilità verso il design e i processi di sviluppo prodotto
  • Esperienza nella collaborazione con team multifunzionali

Competenze Tecniche e Soft Skills:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei processi produttivi e manifatturieri
  • Solide capacità analitiche, con particolare riferimento ad analisi costi, gestione della complessità e flussi produttivi
  • Capacità di leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione progettuale
  • Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative
  • Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team e con interlocutori diversi
  • Approccio orientato al problem solving
  • Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente attività e progetti multipli
  • Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e attenzione al dettaglio

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, range di RAL fino a 42.000 € + Benefit (Commisurato in base all'esperienza)
