Il nostro cliente è una tra le più importanti realtà produttive in Italia con diversi stabilimenti in forte crescita.

In ottica di potenziamento della struttura IT, ci hanno incaricato di cercare una figura di BI Analyst. La figura sarà inserita in HQ di gruppo e avrà la possibilità di lavorare a diversi progetti innovativi con le più moderne tecnologie.

In questo ruolo sarai il ponte ideale tra i dati e le decisioni aziendali: collaborerai direttamente con diverse funzioni (Finance, Acquisti, Vendite, Operations, Logistica, Produzione e Manutenzione) per tradurre esigenze complesse in dashboard, modelli analitici e soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale a forte impatto.

Cosa farai (Principali Responsabilità)

  • Business Intelligence & Data Visualization (Core activity): Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare report e dashboard interattive in Power BI, supportando le decisioni aziendali dei team Finance, Sales, Procurement, produzione e operation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering: Interfacciarti quotidianamente con i responsabili di funzione per raccogliere i requisiti di business e trasformarli in KPI misurabili e soluzioni analitiche concrete.
  • Integrazione & Analisi Dati: Raccogliere, pulire e integrare dati provenienti da diversi sistemi aziendali e industriali (ERP, CRM, MES) identificando trend e opportunità di ottimizzazione.
  • Sviluppo di Use Case AI & Industriali: Partecipare alla progettazione e validazione di modelli analitici e di Machine Learning / GenAI applicati al contesto siderurgico (es. manutenzione predittiva, efficientamento energetico, ottimizzazione processi).
  • Innovazione & Generative AI: Esplorare l'adozione di Large Language Models (LLM) e assistenti intelligenti per migliorare la produttività aziendale.
  • Project Management: Seguire i progetti di innovazione lungo l'intero ciclo di vita: dalla definizione dei requisiti al go-live e monitoraggio dei benefici.

Chi cerchiamo (Requisiti & Competenze)

Competenze Tecniche:

  • Laurea (Triennale o Magistrale) in discipline STEM (Ingegneria, Data Science, Informatica, Matematica, Statistica o affini).
  • Circa 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Data Analytics, Business Intelligence o Data Science.
  • Ottima padronanza di Power BI (o strumenti di Data Visualization equivalenti) e modellazione dati per il business.
  • Ottima conoscenza di SQL per l'estrazione, trasformazione e gestione di basi dati.
  • Buona conoscenza di Python per la Data Analysis e lo sviluppo analitico/AI.
  • Familiarità con ambienti Cloud / Data Platform (es. Microsoft Fabric o simili).
  • Costituisce un plus: Conoscenza/esperienza con paradigmi di Generative AI (LLM, RAG) e modelli di Machine Learning.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • Spiccata sensibilità di Business: Capacità di dialogare con interlocutori non tecnici (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) comprendendone bisogni e metriche chiave.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali: Abilità nel presentare dati complessi in modo semplice ed efficace.
  • Approccio pragmatico e Problem Solving: Attitudine a trovare soluzioni concrete, sostenibili e orientate ai risultati.
