Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità

Come Sales Development Representative (SDR), avrai un ruolo chiave nel team commerciale formato da 5 persone, contribuendo alla generazione di nuove opportunità di vendita e supportando il lavoro degli Account Executive.

Le tue principali attività saranno:

  • Identificare e qualificare potenziali clienti, contribuendo alla crescita del portafoglio lead.
  • Contattare i prospect attraverso strategie di social outreach, email e cold calling.
  • Organizzare meeting con i prospect e generare SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) per il team Sales.
  • Collaborare attivamente con il team SDR e Sales, condividendo best practices e strategie di successo.

Il profilo ideale ha un mindset proattivo, una forte attitudine commerciale e la voglia di crescere in un ambiente startup in rapida evoluzione.

Requisiti essenziali:

  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel mondo delle vendite (SDR/BDR è un plus).
  • Capacità di utilizzare o apprendere rapidamente strumenti come Google Workspace, Hubspot, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel.
  • Determinazione e intraprendenza, caratteristiche fondamentali in un contesto startup.
  • Spirito di squadra e apertura ai feedback, per migliorare costantemente le performance.
