Il Gruppo si distingue sul mercato per l'offerta di servizi ingegneristici avanzati e progetti d'appalto in outsourcing direttamente presso gli stabilimenti produttivi dei propri clienti (dalla logistica 4.0 alla gestione avanzata del parco utensili, fino alla manifattura additiva). RUOLO

Per il presidio di una commessa strategica e in forte crescita attiva da oltre 10 anni presso un importante cliente del settore metalmeccanico pesante/ferroviario, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Utensili / Coordinatore Tool Room.

La risorsa, sarà il punto di riferimento operativo sul campo e si occuperà di coordinare la Tool Room (uno spazio dedicato e strutturato all'interno dello stabilimento cliente) e la squadra di 5 operativi gestendo il flusso continuo di approvvigionamento di utensileria, materiali di consumo, DPI e servizi accessori. Il ruolo unisce competenze tecniche da officina, capacità gestionali/organizzative e una spiccata attitudine alla relazione con il cliente.

RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Coordinamento del team e delle attività: Organizzazione del lavoro e gestione operativa della squadra di Tool Room (5 risorse con diversa anzianità), definendo le priorità quotidiane, bilanciando i carichi di lavoro e garantendo un clima collaborativo e orientato al risultato.
  • Gestione Tool Room e presidio cantiere: Supervisione delle attività d'officina (presetting utensili, attrezzaggio macchine utensili, manutenzione clamping, affilatura/piccole rettifiche e lavaggio/distribuzione DPI).
  • Consulenza tecnica e affiancamento al cliente: Supporto ai reparti di produzione/officina del cliente nell'individuazione dei migliori inserti e parametri di taglio (giri macchina, avanzamenti) per ottimizzare i processi produttivi.
  • Monitoraggio consumi e logistica 4.0: Gestione e ricarica dei distributori automatici di cantiere, controllo delle giacenze di magazzino, analisi dei dati di consumo ed elaborazione di reportistica/statistiche volte a prevenire anomalie e malfunzionamenti sui macchinari.
  • Relazione e networking con il cliente: Interfaccia quotidiana in prima linea con i responsabili di produzione e manutenzione del cliente finale, cogliendo proattivamente nuove esigenze operative e gestendo con tatto ed efficacia eventuali criticità.
  • Raccordo con la Sede Centrale: Condivisione tempestiva di report, KPI e aggiornamenti sull'andamento della commessa con il Project Manager / Responsabile Servizi Outsourcing.

REQUISITI

  • Background tecnico: Provenienza dal mondo delle lavorazioni meccaniche (officine di precisione, contesti di subfornitura o gestione utensileria).
  • Strumenti informatici: Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office
  • Requisiti logistici: Domicilio/residenza entro un raggio di 30 - 40 minuti dalla sede di lavoro (Lovere e limitrofi).

Competenze gestionali e relazionali:

  • Attitudine alla gestione e motivazione delle persone (leadership operativa, capacità di mediazione e risoluzione dei conflitti).
  • Ottime doti comunicative, garbo (politeness) e capacità di rappresentare l'azienda con professionalità di fronte al cliente.
  • Forte spirito di organizzazione e discernimento delle priorità.

Nota: Si valutano anche profili con potenziale di crescita gestionale, purché dotati di solida base tecnica d'officina.

DETTAGLI CONTRATTUALI

  • Tipologia contrattuale: Full-time, Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato (CCNL Commercio, Livello 1 o 2 in base all'esperienza).
  • Retribuzione: RAL indicativa tra 40.000 € e 45.000 €, commisurata all'effettivo background professionale maturato.
  • Benefit & Welfare: Mensa aziendale
  • Sede di lavoro: Lovere (BG) – Presidio 100% in presenza presso lo stabilimento del cliente finale.
