La nostra cliente è una società specializzata nella produzione, trasformazione, trasporto, acquisto e vendita di energia elettrica e termica a servizio di un importante scalo aeroportuale internazionale. Gestisce un parco impianti diversificato (impianti fotovoltaici, sistemi di accumulo BESS, impianti di cogenerazione e una centrale termica alimentata a gas naturale) per garantire la continuità dell'approvvigionamento energetico, nel rispetto degli obiettivi di efficienza, affidabilità e sostenibilità.

Il ruolo

Il ruolo richiede la capacità di leggere gli impianti e solide conoscenze in ottica manutentiva, ma non prevede l'esecuzione diretta degli interventi. Il/la Project Manager coordinerà e supervisionerà fornitori e imprese esterne che li realizzano, rappresentandone il riferimento tecnico, e gestirà in autonomia le attività di monitoraggio, pianificazione e conformità.

Responsabilità principali

  • Monitorare i parametri di esercizio e di efficienza degli impianti, individuando i migliori assetti produttivi e predisponendo il piano di produzione in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali
  • Monitorare le performance degli impianti (produzione, KPI e availability), analizzando gli scostamenti e supervisionando il rispetto degli SLA contrattuali
  • Pianificare gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sulla base della programmazione annuale
  • Coordinare fornitori e imprese esterne nelle attività di manutenzione correttiva e preventiva
  • Supportare la gestione dei contratti di O&M e la valutazione delle performance dei fornitori
  • Gestire le non conformità, promuovendo azioni correttive e preventive in coordinamento con il management
  • Supportare la predisposizione di report tecnici ed economici per il management
  • Raccogliere ed elaborare dati a supporto di budget, forecast e business plan
  • Verificare e aggiornare la documentazione relativa a contratti, autorizzazioni, assicurazioni e adempimenti normativi
  • Garantire il corretto utilizzo, la manutenzione, la taratura e la verifica di attrezzature e sistemi di misura
  • Effettuare le verifiche tecnico-amministrative sulle imprese appaltatrici ai sensi dell'art. 26 del D.Lgs. 81/08
  • Svolgere attività di back office tecnico: monitoraggio dei sistemi SCADA, gestione del ticketing e controllo documentale

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Energetica
  • Esperienza di 3-4 anni nella manutenzione di impianti fotovoltaici, sistemi di accumulo (BESS), impianti di cogenerazione e/o centrali elettriche, preferibilmente in realtà industriali o energetiche strutturate
  • Esperienza nella pianificazione e supervisione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di infrastrutture impiantistiche complesse, con capacità di valutazione dei livelli di servizio e redazione della contabilità lavori
  • Buona conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i.) e della normativa sugli appalti
  • Buona conoscenza dei software di monitoraggio impianti e dei sistemi SCADA
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • RAL indicativa 38.000 - 46.000 €, commisurata all'esperienza realmente maturata
