Location: Head Office, Jl. Indraprasta No. 7, Polehan, Kec. Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 08.00 - 16.15 WIB

Saturday : 08.00 - 14.00 WIB

Kami membuka kesempatan magang bagi mahasiswa dan fresh graduate yang memiliki minat di dunia marketing. Program ini dirancang sebagai wadah pengembangan sekaligus talent pool untuk berbagai kebutuhan tim marketing, seperti digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, KOL management, affiliate marketing, copywriting, dan aktivitas marketing lainnya.

Kandidat yang lolos seleksi akan masuk ke database talent pool dan dapat dipanggil sewaktu-waktu sesuai kebutuhan proyek maupun posisi yang tersedia.

Job Deskripsi

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: 1. Membantu pengelolaan kampanye digital marketing. 2. Membantu monitoring dan analisis performa iklan digital. 3. Membuat laporan sederhana terkait aktivitas marketing.
  • Social Media Management: 1. Membantu mengelola akun media sosial perusahaan. 2. Menyusun ide konten sesuai target audiens. 3. Membantu membuat content calendar dan scheduling posting.
  • Content Creation: 1. Membuat konten foto, video, maupun desain sederhana. 2. Membantu proses pengambilan konten untuk kebutuhan promosi. 3. Mengikuti tren digital dan memberikan ide konten yang relevan.
  • Copywriting: 1. Membuat caption media sosial. 2. Membantu pembuatan artikel, landing page, dan materi promosi. 3. Menyusun copy yang menarik dan sesuai dengan target market.
  • KOL & Influencer Management: 1. Mencari dan melakukan database influencer/KOL. 2. Membantu komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan KOL. 3. Monitoring hasil kerja sama dan membuat rekap aktivitas.
  • Affiliate Marketing: 1. Membantu proses rekrutmen dan pengelolaan affiliate. 2. Monitoring performa affiliate program. 3. Menyiapkan data dan laporan aktivitas affiliate.
  • Market Research: 1. Melakukan riset tren pasar dan kompetitor. 2. Mengumpulkan insight konsumen untuk mendukung strategi marketing.

Kualifikasi

  • Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang marketing, digital marketing, branding, atau komunikasi.
  • Bersedia menjalani program magang minimal 3 bulan.
  • Memiliki laptop pribadi.
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
  • Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, kreatif, dan mau belajar hal baru.
  • Komunikatif serta mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
