Mon - Fri : 07.00 - 16.00 WIB

Saturday : 07.00 - 13.00 WIB

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari jurusan Teknik Industri, Manajemen Industri, Teknik Tekstil atau jurusan terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi/SCM di industri garment.
  • Berpengalaman memimpin operator, leader, dan admin produksi.
  • Memahami prosess supply chain dari persiapan hingga Logistik.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pencapaian target output dan efisiensi produksi.
  • Mampu Memahami dan Menguasai Sistem ERP
  • Memahami Capacity Planning dan Line Balancing.
  • Memahami KPI Produksi, Efisiensi, dan Produktivitas.
  • Mampu membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Memahami sistem kerja 5R/5S dan K3.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengawasi dan mengendalikan proses bahan baku baik itu harian agar sesuai target perusahaan.
  • Memastikan pencapaian output produksi sesuai planning.
  • Mengontrol penggunaan tenaga kerja agar produktif dan efisien.
  • Memastikan kualitas produk sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang menghambat proses produksi.
  • Melakukan monitoring efisiensi line dan produktivitas operator.
  • Mengatur pembagian pekerjaan kepada Leader dan Operator.
  • Melakukan evaluasi kinerja bawahan secara berkala.
  • Memastikan penerapan SOP, K3, dan 5R di area produksi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan PPIC, Produksi dan departemen terkait untuk kelancaran factory.
  • Membuat laporan pencapaian Departemen dan menyampaikan kepada Manager Produksi.
  • Menjalankan program perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menurunkan biaya produksi.
