The posting

  1. Job Description The position is responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations and coordinating directly with the external accounting service provider. The successful candidate will initially work alongside the external accounting team to gain a thorough understanding of the company's accounting processes, with the long-term goal of gradually taking over the company's in-house accounting operations. Coordinate and work directly with the external accounting service provider currently handling the company's accounting activities. Monitor, review, and manage accounting documents, records, vouchers, and financial data. Learn and understand the company's accounting procedures and operational processes. Gradually develop practical accounting knowledge and experience to take on greater responsibility for the company's in-house accounting operations in the future. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  2. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with internal accounting experience are preferred, especially those who hold a Chief Accountant Certificate. Fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting are also welcome, particularly young candidates who are eager to learn and seek long-term career development. Candidates without prior accounting experience will only be considered if they are recent graduates. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in Japanese or English for work-related purposes are required. A high level of fluency is not necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Hold a Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnamese Chief Accountant Training Certificate). Candidates who do not yet hold a Chief Accountant Certificate but are willing to pursue and obtain one are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Benefits Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 30,000,000/month (Gross), negotiable depending on qualifications, experience, and capabilities.
