The posting

  1. Job Description The position is responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations and coordinating directly with the external accounting service provider. The successful candidate will initially work alongside the external accounting team to gain a thorough understanding of the company's accounting processes, with the long-term goal of gradually taking over in-house accounting operations. Coordinate and work directly with the external accounting service provider currently handling the company's accounting activities. Monitor, check, and manage accounting documents, records, and financial data. Learn and understand the company's accounting procedures and operational processes. Gradually develop practical accounting knowledge and experience to take on greater responsibility for the company's in-house accounting operations in the future. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  2. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Candidates with experience in internal accounting are preferred. Fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting are also welcome, particularly young candidates who are eager to learn and seek long-term career development. Candidates without prior accounting experience will only be considered if they are recent graduates. Able to communicate in Japanese or English for work-related purposes. Fluency is not required. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, and a proactive working attitude. Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with external accounting service providers. Preferred Qualifications: Hold a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification or an equivalent professional accounting certification. Candidates who do not yet hold a CA qualification but are willing to pursue it are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Benefits Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 30,000,000/month (Gross), negotiable depending on qualifications, experience, and capabilities. The company provides financial support for employees who wish to pursue and obtain the CA qualification. Salary review opportunities in line with expanded job responsibilities and professional development.
