Job Description Financial Strategy Planning: Formulate medium-to-long-term financial strategies, plans, and budgets; advise the Board on capital structuring, fundraising, investments, and optimizing capital utilization. Project Financial Management: Control investment budgets, construction costs, disbursement schedules, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flows for real estate projects. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to strictly monitor project costs and capital expenditure timelines. Investment Performance Analysis: Build complex financial models to evaluate investment feasibility, profitability (ROI/IRR), payback periods, and financial risks; propose strategic solutions to maximize profit margins and asset values. Pre-opening & Operational Finance: Develop pre-opening budgets, forecast revenues, OPEX (Operational Expenditures), cash flows, and break-even points; establish robust financial control mechanisms for hotels, F&B outlets, and commercial property operations. Finance, Accounting & Internal Controls: Supervise daily accounting operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and management reporting. Design and implement stringent internal control procedures for budgeting, payments, debt management, and financial risk mitigation. Capital & Financial Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison with banks, credit institutions, investors, auditors, and financial advisory firms regarding fundraising, project financing, and the fulfillment of financial obligations. Team Building & Leadership: Establish streamlined finance-accounting systems and workflows; build and develop a high-performing finance team to meet the company's expansion needs. Regularly report financial health and provide strategic counsel to the Board of Directors.
  2. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or equivalent. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in Real Estate, Project Development, Hospitality/Resorts, or Commercial Property Management is highly preferred. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in project financial management spanning the investment, construction, and pre-opening phases. Deep expertise in budget control, cash flow management, CAPEX, and capital raising. Strong capability in financial planning, financial modeling, investment appraisal, and risk management. Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and corporate finance laws. Core Competencies: Strategic mindset, exceptional leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the executive presence to collaborate effectively with the Board of Directors and high-level financial partners. Language: Highly fluent in English.
  3. Benefits Remuneration: Highly competitive salary and attractive compensation package. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday). 13th-month salary. Premium insurance packages as per company regulations. Additional welfare benefits and employee assistance programs in accordance with company policies.
