Nội dung công việc:

Làm việc cho công ty sản xuất, có vốn đầu tư của nước ngoài. Trong khu công nghiệp Yên Phong IIC, Tam Giang, Yên Phong, Bắc Ninh

  • Quản lý và sắp xếp ký túc xá cho chuyên gia và nhân viên, đảm bảo môi trường sinh hoạt ổn định.
  • Thực hiện và quản lý các hồ sơ, thủ tục liên quan đến người lao động nước ngoài, bao gồm: giấy phép lao động (Work Permit), thẻ tạm trú (TRC), visa, gia hạn giấy tờ và các thủ tục liên quan với cơ quan chức năng.
  • Theo dõi, cập nhật tình trạng hồ sơ và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về lao động nước ngoài tại Việt Nam.
  • Quản lý xe đưa đón, xe công tác và các công việc hành chính phát sinh.
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính, văn phòng theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và các đơn vị dịch vụ để xử lý công việc liên quan.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ và các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tối thiểu từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực Hành chính – Nhân sự, ưu tiên ứng viên có nhiều kinh nghiệm xử lý hồ sơ cho người lao động nước ngoài. Am hiểu sâu về hồ sơ lao động nước ngoài.
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc thực hiện các thủ tục: Work Permit, Visa, TRC và các thủ tục pháp lý liên quan đến người nước ngoài.
  • Am hiểu quy định pháp luật liên quan đến lao động nước ngoài tại Việt Nam.
  • Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng xử lý công việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực công việc.
  • Kỹ năng quản lý hồ sơ, sắp xếp công việc và phối hợp tốt với các bên liên quan.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể nhận việc sớm.

  • Thu nhập: 15 – 25 triệu VNĐ/tháng.
  • Thời gian làm việc: Chuyên ngày, nghỉ các chiều thứ 7.
