- Tuyển dụng nội bộ:

  • Tiếp nhận nhu cầu tuyển dụng, Theo dõi quy trình tuyển dụng từ tìm kiếm, sàng lọc, phỏng vấn sơ bộ, điều phối phỏng vấn, offer đến khi ứng viên nhận việc
  • Sourcing, headhunting và talent pool: Xây dựng và cập nhật talent pool cho các nhóm ứng viên trọng điểm, đặc biệt là ứng viên tiếng Nhật, ứng viên business và ứng viên phù hợp với các mảng của công ty
  • Cập nhật dữ liệu ứng viên, cải tiến tuyển dụng & Employer Branding. Đề xuất cải tiến kênh tuyển dụng,

- Tuyển dụng/headhunting cho khách hàng:

  • Tham gia tuyển dụng/headhunting cho khách hàng khi có order phát sinh, chiếm khoảng 20% khối lượng công việc.
  • Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu của Cấp quản lý
  1. Yêu cầu Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn: Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng; ưu tiên ứng viên từng tuyển đa dạng vị trí trong doanh nghiệp hoặc công ty dịch vụ tuyển dụng/headhunting. Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Nhật JLPT N2 trở lên. Giao tiếp, thuyết phục ứng viên tốt; sáng tạo, linh hoạt trong tìm kiếm và xử lý các vị trí khó. Có khả năng viết nội dung tuyển dụng, quan tâm Employer Branding; cẩn thận trong quản lý dữ liệu, có tư duy kinh doanh là lợi thế.
  1. Chế độ Mức thu nhập hấp dẫn bao gồm: Lương + thưởng KPI hàng tháng. Đánh giá và xét thưởng 2 lần/năm, upto 2.4 tháng lương/năm. Review tăng lương hàng năm Môi trường làm việc hiện đại, chuyên nghiệp, có sự thăng tiến, đánh giá và xét tăng lương, thưởng hàng năm Được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo phát triển năng lực và kĩ năng chuyên môn Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo đúng quy định Chế độ thưởng các dịp Lễ, Tết dương lịch, Tết âm lịch; chế độ thưởng theo đánh giá cá nhân và tình hình kinh doanh của Công ty Phúc lợi: Ốm đau, kết hôn, hiếu hỉ, ngày lễ, ngày sinh nhật, vv theo quy định của Công ty Chế độ khám sức khỏe và du lịch thường niên theo quy định của Công ty Chế độ nghỉ phép theo quy định nhà nước
