  1. Job Description Quản lý và vận hành các kênh truyền thông nội bộ, fanpage/các nền tảng truyền thông của công ty; xây dựng nội dung và điều phối hoạt động của đội nhóm Media. Lên kế hoạch, tổ chức và triển khai các hoạt động văn hóa doanh nghiệp, sự kiện nội bộ nhằm nâng cao sự gắn kết và tinh thần nhân viên. Tiếp nhận, xử lý và phối hợp giải quyết các vấn đề, phản ánh hoặc khiếu nại liên quan đến hoạt động nội bộ và văn hóa công ty. Theo dõi, triển khai và cập nhật các chương trình cải tiến văn hóa doanh nghiệp theo định hướng, tiêu chuẩn và kế hoạch từ Tập đoàn. Phối hợp với các phòng ban để thúc đẩy các hoạt động xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực và nâng cao trải nghiệm nhân viên. Tổng hợp, báo cáo tiến độ triển khai các hoạt động văn hóa và truyền thông nội bộ theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Quan hệ công chúng (PR), Truyền thông, Báo chí, Truyền hình, Marketing, Truyền thông đa phương tiện hoặc các lĩnh vực tương đương. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí liên quan đến truyền thông nội bộ, văn hóa doanh nghiệp, tổ chức sự kiện, quản lý nội dung hoặc phát triển thương hiệu. Có kinh nghiệm lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động, chương trình, sự kiện văn hóa doanh nghiệp. Có kỹ năng quản lý nội dung truyền thông, phối hợp với đội nhóm Media và các phòng ban liên quan. Có khả năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống và phối hợp công việc tốt. Thành thạo tiếng Trung (tương đương HSK 5 trở lên), có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Trung trong công việc và trao đổi với các bộ phận liên quan.
  3. Benefits Địa điểm làm việc: Hải Dương Mức lương: ~ 20-28 triệu Thời gian làm việc: 8h00-17h00 thứ 2-thứ 6 + 2 sáng thứ 7 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH theo quy đinh, đóng BHXH từ thử việc Chế độ tăng lương, thăng chức 2 lần/ năm
