I/ Mô tả công việc:

  • Quản lý, điều hành, chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức xây dựng chiến lược, định hướng, kế hoạch phát triển và vận hành vốn của Tập đoàn, tham mưu giúp việc cho Ban TGĐ/ LĐTĐ, thực hiện nhiệm vụ trong các lĩnh vực sau:
  • Xây dựng chiến lược huy động vốn trung dài hạn cho từng dự án và toàn Tập đoàn
  • Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và làm việc với ngân hàng, quỹ đầu tư, công ty chứng khoán, đối tác tài chính để huy động vốn.
  • Đề xuất các mô hình cấu trúc vốn: vay ngân hàng, phát hành trái phiếu, hợp tác đầu tư, M&A, hợp đồng hợp tác kinh doanh (BCC)
  • Đánh giá chi phí vốn, rủi ro và tác động đến dòng tiền.
  • Phân tích nhu cầu vốn cho từng giai đoạn dự án: giải phóng mặt bằng, xây dựng, marketing bán hàng.
  • Đề xuất cơ cấu nguồn vốn (Equity/Debt/Mezzanine/PPH) phù hợp.
  • Kiểm soát dòng tiền, kế hoạch giải ngân và thu hồi.
  • Đánh giá rủi ro tài chính và đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa.
  • Phối hợp lập mô hình tài chính dự án (DCF, NPV, IRR).
  • Phân tích hiệu quả huy động vốn, phương án tài trợ và khả năng trả nợ.
  • Tham gia thẩm định cấu trúc giao dịch M&A, hợp tác đầu tư.
  • Xây dựng/ cập nhật các quy định, quy chế, quy trình, hướng dẫn, biểu mẫu để thực hiện chức năng nhiệm vụ BP Tài chính/vốn của Tập đoàn/ CTTV;
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Chủ tịch HĐTV/ Ban TGĐ phụ trách.

II/ Chân dung ứng viên:

  • Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán kiểm toán,
  • Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương tại Tập đoàn đa ngành có bất động sản/xây dựng, ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc tại các đơn vị vừa và lớn
  • Am hiểu về pháp luật về tài chính kế toán hiện hành, thị trường tài chính,
  • Có năng lực lãnh đạo, quản trị hiệu quả
  • Giao tiếp tốt, trách nhiệm, tận tâm, trung thực, cẩn trọng, khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt, truyền lửa.
  • Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh mức cơ bản trở lên [bắt buộc]
