  1. Job Description Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường (HSE) tại công trường, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn của công ty. Tiến hành đánh giá rủi ro, xác định các mối nguy hiểm và đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa, kiểm soát. Tham gia điều tra tai nạn, sự cố, đưa ra các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa tái diễn. Thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát thường xuyên các hoạt động tại công trường để đảm bảo an toàn. Tổ chức và thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo, hướng dẫn về HSE cho nhân viên. Soạn thảo, cập nhật các quy trình, hướng dẫn, quy định về HSE. Theo dõi, báo cáo các chỉ số về HSE và đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện. Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để đảm bảo sự tuân thủ HSE trong tất cả các hoạt động. Đảm bảo các biện pháp phòng ngừa dịch bệnh, phòng cháy chữa cháy được thực hiện đầy đủ. Quản lý an toàn hóa chất trong nhà máy.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành về an toàn lao động, môi trường hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về luật pháp, quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn về an toàn lao động và môi trường. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực HSE. Kỹ năng đánh giá rủi ro, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề. Kỹ năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn và truyền đạt thông tin. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và phối hợp với các bên liên quan. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực công việc cao. Am hiểu về các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về HSE (ví dụ: ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
