1. Mục tiêu vị trí

Đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất và kho vận hành hiệu quả, chính xác, tối ưu chi phí, kiểm soát tồn kho; đồng thời nâng cao năng suất đội ngũ và xây dựng hệ thống vận hành chuẩn hóa, có khả năng mở rộng theo tốc độ tăng trưởng.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính

A. Nhập mua & ghi nhận (30% – FOB, gia công, bao bì, nguyên phụ liệu)

  • Nhập hóa đơn, đối chiếu ERP & chứng từ
  • Nhập kho, tập hợp hồ sơ, upload chứng từ
  • Hạch toán & phân bổ chi phí mua

B. Xuất kho & xử lý nghiệp vụ kho (20%)

  • Xuất kho (bao bì, nguyên phụ liệu, biếu tặng, bán, hủy)
  • Kiểm kê kho định kỳ
  • Hạch toán VAT & kế toán
  • Tạo phiếu nhập/xuất/điều chuyển (nội bộ, ký gửi, Shopee)
  • Báo cáo tồn kho

C. Giá thành (30%)

  • Xác nhận giá thành, tính cost sheet, giá thành trên phần mềm
  • Xuất nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất, điều chỉnh giá thành

D. Kiểm soát số liệu, nghiệp vụ phát sinh (10%)

  • Giải thích số dư tài khoản hàng tồn kho
  • Hạch toán bán hàng, hàng trả lại
  • Lên đơn ký gửi, biếu tặng, mượn, trao đổi
  • Xử lý hàng trả lại siêu thị

E. Hệ thống & phối hợp báo cáo (10%)

  • Tạo mã, tạo phiếu trên ERP
  • Đồng bộ dữ liệu phần mềm quản lý kho hàng
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật triển khai hệ thống
  • Báo cáo kiểm toán, báo cáo quản trị

3. Quyền hạn

  • Phân công & đánh giá hiệu suất nhân sự trong nhóm
  • Đề xuất điều chỉnh kế hoạch sản xuất & tồn kho
  • Đề xuất cải tiến layout kho & quy trình vận hành
  • Yêu cầu các bộ phận liên quan phối hợp cung cấp thông tin
  • Đề xuất đầu tư công cụ/hệ thống phục vụ vận hành

4. KPIs chính

  • Nhập liệu & chứng từ chính xác
  • Không sai lệch tồn kho
  • Tính giá thành đúng
  • Ghi nhận đúng hệ thống

5. Báo cáo cần thực hiện

  • Báo cáo tồn kho (theo SKU, vòng đời hàng tồn)
  • Báo cáo sản xuất (kế hoạch so với thực tế)
  • Báo cáo hiệu suất kho
  • Báo cáo hàng lỗi / hàng luân chuyển chậm
  • Báo cáo phục vụ báo cáo tài chính & quản trị

6. Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

  • 4–6 năm kế toán kho hoặc kế toán sản xuất
  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm ERP, phần mềm kế toán (Amis, Vietful hoặc tương đương)
  • Nắm vững nguyên lý hạch toán hàng tồn kho, hiểu tác động của hàng tồn kho đến các yếu tố kinh doanh khác
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từ ngành bán lẻ, thời trang, hệ thống chuỗi, thương mại điện tử

8.Lộ trình phát triển

  • Cơ hội tiếp nhận thử thách mới để học hỏi và phát triển bản thân

  • Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng

9. Quyền lợi

  • Lương: Thoả thuận theo năng lực (upto 20 triệu)
  • Thử việc: hưởng 90% lương + 100% phụ cấp
  • Thưởng quý/năm theo kết quả kinh doanh, thưởng tháng 13 và các khoản thưởng khác theo chính sách công ty
  • Nghỉ phép năm 12–15 ngày, tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội ngay khi ký hợp đồng lao động, khám sức khỏe định kỳ
  • Hoạt động nội bộ, team building hàng năm (câu lạc bộ thể thao, Happy Friday, chia sẻ sách)
