  • Quản lý và điều hành hoạt động sản xuất tại công đoạn SMT và PCB (công đoạn sau), đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất theo kế hoạch.
  • Đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất đáp ứng các yêu cầu về sản lượng, chất lượng và hiệu quả vận hành.
  • Giám sát việc vận hành, theo dõi và kiểm soát máy móc thiết bị theo đúng quy trình và hướng dẫn công việc.
  • Phân tích, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến máy móc, quy trình sản xuất và vận hành.
  • Triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến máy móc, quy trình và thao tác sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất thiết bị và hiệu quả lao động.
  • Theo dõi và kiểm soát sản lượng, chất lượng, kịp thời báo cáo và xử lý các bất thường trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về chất lượng, an toàn lao động và 5S trong nhà máy.
  • Ghi nhận và cập nhật dữ liệu sản xuất, tình trạng máy móc và các báo cáo liên quan.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.

2. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Giới tính: Nam
  • Độ tuổi: 25 – 40
  • Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (Cơ điện tử, Điện – Điện tử, Cơ khí hoặc các ngành liên quan).
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất điện tử. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý công đoạn SMT là lợi thế lớn.
  • Ngoại ngữ: Thành thạo tiếng Trung (4 kỹ năng).
  • Kỹ năng:Sử dụng tốt Excel, PowerPoint. Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt. Mức lương: 30-40 triệu/ tháng
