Description du poste

Le poste consiste à intervenir en qualité d’Actuaire Senior au sein de la Direction Actuariat Groupe, avec un focus particulier sur les activités de provisionnement et les sujets liés à IFRS 17, dans le cadre d’une mission à durée déterminée de six mois.

Les principales missions sont :

  • Participer aux clôtures trimestrielles IFRS 17, ainsi qu’aux exercices de Preclosing, en assurant notamment l’estimation des provisions techniques, le calcul des indicateurs Groupe, la validation des résultats et la préparation des supports à destination du Top Management.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la sécurisation du processus de provisionnement, notamment au travers de projets d’automatisation utilisant Python et Power BI.
  • Participer à la maintenance et à l’évolution de la plateforme IFRS 17, en assurant la rédaction et la validation des tickets JIRA.
  • Contribuer à la remédiation des recommandations d’audit relatives aux provisions techniques sous IFRS 17 et Solvabilité II.
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de la documentation actuarielle (politique de provisionnement, notes techniques, etc.).
  • Accompagner le partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe (procédures et supports de formation).
  • Contribuer, selon les besoins, aux autres travaux actuariels de la Direction (capital économique, modèle interne, ORSA, réassurance, tarification, réponses aux autorités de contrôle, etc.).

Au sein de l'équipe Reserving & IFRS 17, le collaborateur sera amené à échanger et collaborer avec diverses directions opérationnelles (Comptabilité, Réassurance, Business Technologie, Contrôle de Gestion) ainsi qu'avec les différentes Entités de Coface.

Qualifications

  • Diplômé(e) d’une formation de niveau Bac+5 en actuariat, école d’ingénieurs ou cursus équivalent.
  • Actuaire Senior disposant d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience avec une expérience significative en assurance non-vie.
  • Expertise confirmée en provisionnement non-vie, avec une solide connaissance des processus de clôture et de la norme IFRS 17.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et d’analyse de données, en particulier Excel ; la connaissance de VBA, Python, R, Power BI et des outils de projection de cash-flows constitue un atout apprécié.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, alliées à de la rigueur, de l’autonomie et un sens de l’organisation reconnu.
  • Aisance relationnelle permettant d’interagir efficacement avec de multiples directions opérationnelles et des interlocuteurs internationaux.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
