Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Abteilungsleiter und sind für den Ausbau unserer internationalen Kundenbeziehungen zuständig.

  • Proaktiver Aufbau von Neukundenbeziehungen
  • Selbstständige Definition von Pitch- und Verhandlungsstrategien in Abstimmung mit dem Management
  • Kundenbesuche und Vertragsverhandlungen auf Top-Management-Ebene sowie mit Spezialmaklern
  • Besuch fachspezifischer Veranstaltungen und Repräsentation von Coface
  • Einbindung des internationalen Coface-Netzwerks in die Akquisetätigkeit
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cross-Selling- und segmentübergreifenden Akquisitionsstrategien
  • Laufende Pflege und akquiseorientierte Nutzung des Coface Global CRM

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder juristischen Bereich
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, in der Akquise oder in der Betreuung internationaler Key Accounts
  • Branchenerfahrung im Versicherungswesen, im Finanz- bzw. Forderungsmanagement oder im Corporate Banking mit Schwerpunkt Large Accounts
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität – Client Centricity is Key!
  • Starke Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung
  • Ausgezeichnetes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Zahlen- und IT-Systemaffinität zur Nutzung von Daten und Systemen als Instrumente der Vertriebssteuerung
  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Konzernstrukturen
  • Fließend Deutsch und English in Wort und Schrift ist Voraussetzung.

Was wir bieten:

Für diese spannende Vollzeitposition bieten wir – entsprechend Qualifikation und beruflicher Praxis – neben einer attraktiven variablen Komponente ein Bruttojahresgehalt (die Einstufung erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Versicherungsunternehmen im Außendienst) von € 78.000,- bis 92.000,- abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Ihrer relevanen Berufserfahrung im Bezug auf ein finales Package.
