  • Support accurate invoicing, fee calculation, remittance and reconciliation by providing complete and reliable case information.
  • Handle complaints, commercial disputes and sensitive debtor interactions professionally, seek supporting information from clients and debtors, and escalate unresolved disputes and legal, compliance, reputational or operational risks.
  • Contribute to improved recovery results, timely case progression, client service and operational quality through disciplined case management and continuous improvement. Prepare case status and collection performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Claims and international Debt Collection colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, data-protection requirements, internal policies and Coface standards at all times.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
