  • Partner with the Bottler to identify local opportunities, risks, and execution gaps; act as the Voice of Bottler in Center‑led strategy development.
  • Represent CCSWB Franchise priorities when evaluating Center initiatives, escalating material conflicts, exceptions, and investment needs to the Team Leader for broader system alignment.
  • Lead or support Southwest pilots and commercialization programs across package architecture, affordability, pricing, innovation, OBPPC, and execution; define success measures, capture learning, and share scalable insights with the Franchise RGM team.
  • Size and shape Southwest Sources of Growth and align local rate, mix, transaction, household, outlet, and package priorities with the annual and multi-year plan.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
