The Manager, RGM Segmentation & OBPPC Enablement will report to the Senior Director II, RGM Segmentation & OBPPC Enablement and provide the hands-on analytical and enablement support that powers the NAOU segmentation capability and its priority OBPPC use cases.

The role will conduct segmentation and opportunity analyses, size growth pools, develop business cases, maintain tools and dashboards, support pilots, and create decision-ready materials for RGM and Commercial partners. The Manager will work closely with the Director on analytical frameworks and with the Sr. Manager on routines, pilots, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consumer, shopper, occasion, channel, outlet, customer, geographic, and digital segmentation analyses using multiple internal and external data sources.
  • Size priority segments and growth pools and maintain fact bases, dashboards, and analytical tools used by the broader team.
  • Support affordability and premiumization use cases by analyzing entry-price thresholds, value-for-money needs, package roles, assortment, channel opportunities, and potential trade-offs.
  • Build business cases and scenarios covering volume, revenue, investment, incrementality, margin, profitability, cannibalization, and system value.
  • Prepare decision-ready analyses, visualizations, selling stories, and briefing materials for Portfolio OBPPC, Retail Strategy, Execution, bottlers, customers, and leadership routines.
  • Support pilot design and execution by defining baselines, success measures, measurement plans, test-versus-control comparisons, and post-pilot learning.
  • Maintain segmentation definitions, data dictionaries, use-case libraries, playbooks, and shared repositories to ensure consistent application.
  • Partner with data, finance, insights, digital, customer, and franchise teams to source data, resolve analytical gaps, and improve the quality of segmentation insights.
  • Track adoption and business-impact measures for priority use cases and surface gaps or opportunities to the Director and Sr. Manager.
  • Support capability materials, tools, workshops, and routines that enable teams to consistently apply segmentation.
  • Apply agile, test-and-learn methods and continuously improve tools, analyses, and enablement materials based on user feedback.

Success Measures

  • Accurate and timely segment sizing, opportunity analyses, and financial business cases.
  • Clear decision-ready materials that improve the quality and speed of segmented OBPPC choices.
  • Reliable tools, dashboards, definitions, and data documentation supporting consistent capability adoption.
  • Well-measured pilots with clear learning, incrementality, and scale recommendations.
  • Measurable analytical support for consumer reach, portfolio accessibility, incremental growth, and system value.
  • Strong partnership and responsiveness across segmentation, OBPPC, Retail Strategy, and Execution teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, consumer/shopper insights, commercial analytics, category management, finance, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience working across multiple datasets and translating findings into business implications.
  • Solid financial acumen and ability to build business cases and scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, pricing, packaging, assortment, consumer/shopper behavior, or e-commerce.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability and experience with visualization/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, or comparable platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and analytical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with household-panel, syndicated, retailer, digital, geospatial, or outlet-level datasets.
  • Exposure to OBPPC, affordability, premiumization, or price-pack architecture.
  • Experience supporting pilots, A/B tests, test-versus-control measurement, or commercialization learning agendas.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, e-commerce, beverages, or a complex franchise/system business.
  • Experience building dashboards, analytical tools, or reusable templates.
  • Leadership Capabilities
  • Analytical curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Bias for action and practical problem solving.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
