🏗 De rol

In deze functie werk je aan bodemonderzoek, saneringsprojecten en gebiedsontwikkeling. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten in verschillende projecten: van complexe saneringen tot beleidsvraagstukken en herontwikkeling van (voormalig) industriële locaties.

Als adviseur bodem richt je je op inhoudelijke advisering, veldwerkcoördinatie en rapportages.

Als projectleider bodem neem je het voortouw in projectcoördinatie, klantcontact, teamsturing en financiële bewaking.

🛠 Voorbeelden van werkzaamheden

  • Opstellen en toetsen van saneringsplannen en bodemrapportages
  • Coördinatie van (water)bodemonderzoeken en PFAS-trajecten
  • Klantcontact en begeleiding van projecten van A tot Z
  • Advisering over Besluit bodemkwaliteit, Omgevingswet en hergebruik van grondstromen
  • Eventueel bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling of interne kwaliteitsborging

✅ Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma in milieukunde, civiele techniek, of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 2 jaar (adviseur) of 5 jaar (projectleider) ervaring in het bodemwerkveld
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (Wbb, Bbk, SIKB/BRL)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en een praktische instelling
