The posting

Locatie: Omgeving Hoofddorp – hybride (gemiddeld 2 dagen per week op kantoor)

Uren: 27 of 36 uur per week (3 of 4 dagen)

Over de opdracht

Voor een grote opdrachtgever in de omgeving Hoofddorp zoeken wij meerdere Cost Engineers binnen de disciplines Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek (WTB/E) en Infra (Civiel).

Je werkt aan uitdagende nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en infrastructuurprojecten in een complexe operationele omgeving. De projecten vragen om sterke adviesvaardigheden, inzicht in kostenoptimalisatie en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders om tafel te gaan.

Je wordt onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team van ca. 22 professionals, verdeeld over Bouw, Installatie, Civiel en IT. Je wordt ingezet op de discipline waarin jij de meeste toegevoegde waarde kunt leveren.

Jouw rol

  • Opstellen, analyseren en onderbouwen van kostenramingen in alle projectfasen.
  • Beoordelen van offertes en calculaties van aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Adviseren over optimalisaties, alternatieven en risico’s.
  • Samenwerken met projectteams en aannemers aan integrale oplossingen.
  • Werken met contractvormen zoals UAV, UAV-GC, RAW en STABU (of bereid dit te leren).
  • Kostenbewaking en rapportage in Excel.

Wij zoeken

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau in Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek (WTB/E) of Civiele techniek.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als cost engineer, kostendeskundige of calculator.
  • Ervaring in complexe nieuwbouw- en/of renovatieprojecten.
  • Bekendheid met UAV, UAV-GC, RAW, STABU en het Bouwbesluit is een pré.
  • Communicatief sterk, adviserend en resultaatgericht.
