Dich motiviert es Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv Verbesserungen in relevante Branchen voranzutreiben? Werde Teil der DATA DYNAMIC AG als Projektleiter (m/w/d) Finanzbuchhaltung. In dieser Position begleitest du die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen beim Kunden auf Basis von Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) mit Fokus auf die Finanzbuchhaltung - Eine Rolle mit Impact und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung bei der Einführung von Business-Lösungen auf Basis von D365 BC bei Kunden aus den Branchen Gesundheitswesen, NPOs, soziale Institutionen und Handel
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Beratung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Prozessen
  • Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen und Umsetzung praxisnaher Beratungslösungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an zukunftsweisenden Projekten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System (z.B. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits D365 BC Einführungen aktiv begleitet (z.B. als Key-User oder externer Berater).
  • Spaß an einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und im Team
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
