Dich motiviert es Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv Verbesserungen voranzutreiben? Werde Teil der DATA DYNAMIC AG als Projektleiter (m/w/d) Patientenadministration. In dieser Position berätst du unsere Kunden im Spital-/Klinikumfeld bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Patientenadministrationslösung auf Basis von Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einführung unserer Patientenadministrationslösung bei Neukunden – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Go-Live.
  • Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Teilprojektleitung bei bestehenden Kundenprojekten im Bereich Patientenadministration.
  • Leitung von Upgrades auf neue Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central Versionen (inkl.SwissDRG, TARDOC).
  • Mitarbeit im Produktmanagement: Einbringen und Spezifizieren von Kundenanforderungen.
  • Konzeption,Testingund Dokumentation individueller Lösungen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Präsentationen.
  • 2nd Level Support bei komplexen Fragestellungen der Patientenadministration und Tarifierung.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheits- oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit Weiterbildung im Spital-/Klinikumfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Patientenadministration oder medizinischem Controlling, idealerweise mit Tarifierungswissen.
  • Erfahrung in (Teil-)Projektleitung, idealerweise im ERP-/Applikationsumfeld (Dynamics NAV /D365 Business Central).
  • IT-affin, analytisch, selbstständig und serviceorientiert mit Freude an Prozessgestaltung im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen; weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil.
