Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Spass an der Konzeption und Implementierung von technischen Lösungen beim Kunden? Werde Teil der collana solutions als Senior IT Consultant und führe Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte in den Bereichen Banken & Versicherung, Gesundheitswesen und öffentliche Verwaltung nachhaltig zum Erfolg – mit ausgeprägten Analyse-, Beratungs- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior IT Consultant (m/w/d) bist du eine Schlüsselperson in unserem Beratungsteam und agierst in folgenden Verantwortungsbereichen:

Business Analyse & Requirements Engineering

  • Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen sowie Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen bei Kunden
  • Erstellung von Business Requirements, User Stories, Fachkonzepten und Spezifikationen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und Entwicklungsteams

Projektleitung

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten
  • Führung von Projektteams in agilen Projektumgebungen
  • Termin-, Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Risikomanagement
  • Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf Fach- und Managementebene
  • Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Budget und Termine

Kundenberatung & Business Development

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation von Verkaufs- und Ausbaupotenzialen bei Bestandskunden
  • Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten und Angebotspräsentationen

Das bringst Du mit

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Consultant oder IT-Projektleiter
  • Fundierter IT-Hintergrund und gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturen
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in mindestens einer der folgenden Branchen:Banken und Versicherungen Gesundheitswesen Öffentliche Verwaltungen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) sowie klassischen Projektvorgehen
  • Fliessend Deutsch und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (Kunden in Raum Bern und Zürich)
