Descrição:

Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar como Analista de Recursos Humanos Generalista em nossa empresa. O(a) candidato(a) selecionado(a) será responsável por diversas atividades dentro da área de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e bem-estar dos colaboradores.

Responsabilidades:

ü Formalizar processo de contratação/admissão de funcionários: (vide lista do processo admissional);

ü Comunicar desligamentos de colaboradores e efetuar rotinas de desligamento pertinente a sua fase no processo e organizar as atribuições dos demais envolvidos no processo (vide lista processo demissional);

ü Administrar contratos acompanhar termino e solicitar reposição a fim de manter cota aprendiz (aprendiz e estagiários);

ü Manter documentos pertinentes aos empregados ativos e inativos;

ü Organizar arquivos do departamento e documentos sob sua responsabilidade;

ü Responsável pela comunicação interna de assuntos do RH através de e-mail e quadro de avisos;

ü Saúde e segurança do trabalho, acompanhamento na renovação do PGR/PCMSO (ASOS), controle de vencimento e documentações;

ü Responsável pela avaliação de pessoal, acompanhamento e aplicação (gestor e colaborador);

ü Atualizar dados dos funcionários nos sistemas informatizados e planilhas do setor;

ü Recrutamento & Seleção, sendo, Alinhamento de perfil junto ao gestor, divulgação de vagas; agendamento e realização de entrevistas; avaliação dos candidatos, aplicação de testes e dinâmicas conforme necessidades;

ü Prestar assistência ao setor;

ü Controle dos treinamentos e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;

ü Realizar integração dos novos colaboradores;

ü Gestão da conta e recarga dos cartões corporativos;

ü Aniversariantes do mês;

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência prévia na área de Recursos Humanos
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista
  • Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe
  • Organização e proatividade
