RESPONSABILIDADES:

Como Analista de Recursos Humanos Generalista, você terá um papel essencial na gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas, contribuindo para a construção de um ambiente organizacional eficiente e acolhedor. Sua atuação será fundamental na atração, seleção e retenção de talentos, além da implementação de processos que otimizem a experiência dos colaboradores. Suas responsabilidades incluirão:

  • Capacidade de solucionar conflitos.
  • Pro atividade e capacidade de implementar melhorias

REQUISITOS:

  • Formação de graduação em psicologia ou pós graduação em psicologia organizacional, gestão de pessoas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento avançado em rotinas de DP: Admissão, rescisão, férias, folha de pagamento, encargos mensais, administração de benefícios, e-Social;
  • Experiência com recrutamento e seleção.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento organizacional e retenção de talentos.
  • Experiência em treinamentos e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de avaliação de desempenho (ex.: Avaliação 180º, Nine Box, OKRs, PDI).
  • Experiência em condução de programas de integração e onboarding.
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis aplicadas ao RH.
  • Experiência na construção de políticas de bem-estar corporativo.
  • Experiência em gestão de programas de diversidade e inclusão.
  • Residir em Belo Horizonte ou região metropolitana.
